Meet the team
Kingsley Slipper
"As a builder and weekend farmer at heart, I'm motivated to see more wind farms emerge. I see turbines as a totem that represent hope for our planet."
Director
Kingsley is a Senior Project Manager with extensive project management experience within the renewable energy industry, covering large scale grid connected solar, battery and wind projects. As a registered Commercial Builder (mid-rise) Kingsley also brings extensive experience with commercial negotiation and construction engineering expertise for large scale infrastructure projects.
Jerome Rowcroft
"I learnt to juggle whilst procrastinating for year 12 exams.”
Director
Jerome is a mechanical engineer who completed his PhD at Monash University focusing on wind turbine siting optimisation in complex topography. He cut his teeth in the wind industry working for Hydro Tasmania Consulting (now Entura) in their wind team. He was responsible for completing yield assessments, technical planning assessments (noise, visual impact, photomontages, shadow flicker, EMI) financial modelling and project management at Wind Farm Developments before founding Wind Projects Australia in 2017.
Keith Middleton
“I love spending time in the outdoor environment, riding my bike or hiking. The environment is worth protecting and it's my aim to make a contribution where I can.”
Director
Keith is a power engineer with 26 years’ experience delivering complex projects in power transmission, distribution and heavy industrial markets across Asia, NZ and Australia.
Keith's areas of specialisation include strategic master planning and Project Management of power infrastructure projects. These projects required solutions for traction power, power generation, transmission, distribution and industrial infrastructure. He also has a track record in stakeholder engagement and management & business case development; this has been especially valuable over recent years heading up Middleton Group Engineering which now has over 70 team members across Victoria, NSW and NZ.
Keith has a demonstrable track record of providing strong leadership in the development of complex power infrastructure across a range of industries. He also brings strong links with Australian Victorian power utilities having overseen the delivery of engineering and project management services for $1b of high voltage substation projects in Australia over the last 10 years.
